Shipping & returns
We ship from our warehouse in Edison, New Jersey, to every US state. Here is everything you need to know about delivery and returns.
Shipping rates
- Standard (3 to 5 business days): $8, free on orders over $150
- Express (2 business days): $18
- Overnight (next business day, order by 2pm ET): $34
Processing time
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can also check the status on our tracking page.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, even if you have used it. Returns are free in the US. Start a return from your account or from the link in your shipping email, print the prepaid label and drop the bag at any UPS location.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Gift cards are refunded as store credit.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return and choose exchange. We ship the replacement as soon as the carrier scans your return.
