Shipping
Free standard shipping on US orders over $150. Otherwise standard is $8, express is $18 and overnight is $34.
When will my order ship?
Within 1 to 2 business days from our New Jersey warehouse. You will get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves.
Do you ship outside the US?
Returns
Free returns within 30 days of delivery, even if you have used the bag. Start one from your account or from the link in your shipping email.
How long do refunds take?
Warranty
Defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the bag. It does not cover normal wear, accidents or airline damage, but we will still repair those at cost.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Are your bags waterproof?
Payment
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Klarna. Payments are processed by Stripe.
